Minnesota acts to hold police accountable to county laws on separation of local police and ICE

Minneapolis Police Department played a key role in facilitating the ICE
operation and going as far as arresting a U.S. citizen who was merely asking
questions about the ICE operation and exercising his freedom of speech.
